John Peardon

John Peardon has been in real estate since 1989 and is an associate broker with Keller Williams Realty.  He has extensive experience in consulting, sales and marketing, training and managing.  John is totally committed to providing professional “world-class service” to his clients during the transaction and after the sale.  He and his team, The John & Stacy Team, have developed innovative and unique systems that are necessary to effectively market homes for sellers in today’s marketplace.  Buyers are also guided in selecting the “right” home and in making prudent and informed investment decisions.

John has received numerous awards for his real estate achievements and for his charitable contributions to the community.  He is a Charter Member who serves on the Agent Leadership Council (Board of Directors) for Keller Williams Realty.  John also has earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Wayne State University.

Stacy Peardon
Real Estate Consultant

Stacy Peardon received her real estate license in 1996 and is a highly successful consultant and listing specialist for The John & Stacy Team. She provides constant and thorough communication throughout the buying and selling process and is an expert marketer and negotiator.  Her clients become “raving advocates” for her services and enthusiastically refer friends and family to her.  This happens because Stacy genuinely understands and cares about her clients needs, hopes, concerns and dreams.

Stacy has also served on the local, regional and international Agent Leadership Councils for Keller Williams Realty.  As a top producer earning several awards in her field including the prestigious Fair Housing Leadership Award of Metropolitan Detroit, she also shares her knowledge as a trainer and consultant to other agents.  She has also volunteered much of her time towards several charities.  Stacy has attended Oakland University and Walsh College of Business.

Laura Bench
Client Manager

Laura Bench is the Client Manager for The John & Stacy Team.  For sellers, she monitors transaction details and closing activities such as ordering inspections, checking on loan status, and setting up closing dates and times.  For buyers, she thoroughly searches the multiple listing service database to provide home information that matches their tastes and needs and handles their  transaction and closing activities.  Laura manages and implements the highly effective and unique marketing and advertising systems such as the 1-800 Toll-Free 24 Hour Hotline, brochures, postcards, and newsletters, maintaining websites, and organizing and arranging advertising with various publications. 

Laura has worked in real estate administration since 1997.  She is also an Oakland University graduate with a degree in Human Resource Development.  Laura is a vital and valuable resource for the team.
